Work
Design system upgrade for ESW (eShop World)
Merging and upgrading two design system libraries for ESW, a leading DTC Commerce company. This was a tricky project that required auditing two similar but different design systems, analyzing all of the components and improving them from the UX best practices point of view, and then improving the Figma library structure, organization and the very components with advanced Figma auto-layout properties.

Design thinking process
Besides being really creative, I always use a Design thinking
approach. Over the years I've developed a modified version of the
common Double Diamond concept.
I use three phases: Research & analysis, Ideation and
Prototype & testing. All of this ensures that I always keep
track of every single detail of the project.
Pixel perfection
As they say: 'Devil is in the details' - and I couldn't agree more. I always make sure my layouts and spacings are perfect on every device. Okay, maybe not perfect because that's not the point. But things should be clear and easy to navigate by layout only.
Developer insights
I love being able to create things myself, all the way. That's why I became a front-end developer, and now I am also studying Node.js and No-sql databases. I would like to be able to make my own stuff one day, but even now this helps immensely because I can either go into the dev environment and implement something myself, or I understand my dev colleagues and it's easier to collaborate with them.
